Folks,

Since we will be generating two pdfs, one with and another without diffs from the last published document, here is something you should be aware of.

The .sxw document will naturally contain the change bars, etc. if turned on and it will keep recording until all the changes are accepted. Do NOT use such a document where there are still pending changes that are to be accepted and compare the doc with an earlier version. The comparison gets confused about additions/deletions. First, accept all the changes and generate the diff document. Otherwise, be prepared for a nasty surprise in the outcome. :-)
