After you update the cover pages, you should place the pdf, with and 
without change bars, along with the sxw source into the directory, with 
the cd number in the title of the file.

thus I see 6 docs to be put into the cd directory

wsrm pdf
wsrm pdf with changes
wsrm sxw

wsrmp pdf
wsrmp pdf with chages
wsrmp sxw

You just need to indicate that this is a cd  (with the cd number) on the 
cover page and
adjust the boilerplate text a little:
