You're right. I was working off the text in
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/ws-rx/200511/doc00001.doc. I failed
to follow-up on the minutes from the 11/10 concall. I'll fix both
wsrm-1.1-spec-wd-07 and wsrmp-1.1-spec-wd-02 right away.
