You don't think blah blah blah covers
it?? :-)
Nope - its not done - I had enough time
to manually add the state tables themselves just a Bob had them - no updates
since they were originally posted and left all of the ?'s in there too.
So the blah blah blah's need to be replaced with more meaningful
text - just ran out of time.

Did Bob send the state table?
I see that the table has been added (and your 'checkin' comments say --
1st pass at adding a state table), but there are a few 'blah blah blah'
comments. So I'm not sure how complete it is. Basically I'm trying to
determine if 58 is done?
