Continuing the “I hate quotes” theme…
Why is “close” quoted on lines 268 and 381? That seems silly. Don’t
we actually really mean close there? Is it some sort of pseudo close (leave
a door open a crack)? If these need to be quoted then shouldn’t the section
tile be “Closing” a sequence? That’s going to make the element names
hard.
Also, line 276 is the first reference to
RFC3986 so it should have [URI] by it at least.
