No, I'm not done with the changes needed for HTML. The main thing is to fiddle with the section and sub-section numbering (including the appendices) to make them come out right when we convert to HTML.

 

On the other hand, don't hold the train for me. Any changes I may need to make will be purely formatting changes. I'm not going to change any words. I doubt if anybody is going to hinge their yes/no vote on approving the docs as PR candidates based on the amount of space between a section number and its text . . .

ok - I'm done editing - I believe all issues/edits are done.
Gil - are you done updating it for HTML generation?  I think that might be the only thing left - aside from us giving a one last review.
