All,
  I've looked over the files and didn't see anything obvious - so, Sanjay/Paul, unless one of the other editors update it I think you should consider it ready.  I've updated the files in the CD4 folder in the editor's playpen, and I've updated the WSRM-CD4.zip in the Committee Drafts folder, and the various "Latest Editors ..." files, on RX's doc page.
