Paul, Sanjay,
Just to make sure I didn't misunderstand
what we agreed to on the call yesterday....
The editors are to produce candidate
CDs based on all agreed changes thru yesterday's call.  And we need
to make that available today.
Correct?

Editors - if so, then I think we're
pretty close to being done.  I added the one issue we resolved yesterday.
 I think all we need to do is re-label the specs as CDs instead of
working drafts.  Am I forgetting anything?
