Done - I created a CD07 folder in the TC's doc page (the "Lastest
Editor's... files are updated as well)
I also made the fix you mention over the phone (s/Member
Submission/Candidate Recommendation/ for policy).

Please can you upload these three pdfs to the main TC file area. I'm
just reviewing them.

Mary - I'd like to give you the final ok to update the ballot at about
10:30am EST. Everyone, please finish your reviews by then.
