Subject: RE: [ws-rx-editors] Groups - WS-RX_CS_DirStructured.zip uploaded

Hi Sanjay,

Thanks for the advance copy. Given the current status of my queue I don't anticipate being able to look at the
documents before Wednesday, but I don't think there should be any problem given that this document set has been reviewed
several times already.

The intent of the the of the first 15 or so days after OS submission is for the TC Administrator to review the entire
submission to ensure it is complete and conformant. If minor problems are discovered (such as an incorrect URI, or date)
those are returned to the committee to be fixed and sent back - it doesn't stop the OS vote from moving forward unless
the corrections aren't returned by the end of the month. There are other problems that could stop a vote from moving
forward, so I encourage you to prepare the submission notice in advance so that I can review that as well.

I would like to mention the TC's motion to update the references in the CS version of the specification. While I
appreciate the strong show of support from the TC members, a vote to override the TC Process is not binding. However, as
I had mentioned to both you and Paul, when specifications reference other documents that are advanced simultaneously by
the same committee, it does make sense that the TC should be allowed to update those references along with the cover
page metadata. Again, as I had mentioned, I have sent a proposed change to the OASIS TC Process Committee (a committee
of the Board of Directors) and have notified them that I am going to allow the TC to update the references to note their
CS status. I have not heard any disagreement, and as far as I know I'm still employed.

Regards,

Mary
