To Doug et al,

  All of the documents are now uploaded. I think everything is working
properly
but would be more than happy if one of the editors checked everything out.
The
only changes I've made were to add a base element to each of the html versions
(so that images are found when using one of the symlinked URIs) and to
change
the URIs in the namespace documents from relative to absolute.
