  Due to a change in Kavi configurations, chairs/secretaries no longer have the ability to create folders. I’ll be happy to set it up for you.

unless I'm going blind, I can't find the "new folder" option in the editor's playpen.  Paul/Sanjay, can one of you see if you can create a new folder called "OS1e1" for me?
