All, I have no idea where this second copy came from. I have deleted it
as it was identical to the version I posted earlier.

This is the first pass at the isues list in XML, all associated schema
and
XSL have also been placed in the document store of the TC in the new
subfolder "Issues". This will be refined as we move along.

All issues from the F2F as well as those from last weeks call are
recorded
here. Note that issues 6 and 8 were raised as new from the list in last
weeks call but they seem to also have been raised at the F2F.
