The minutes indicate that an interop team will be
worked out over 
email.  So far, I think that myself, Gil, Anish and Marc Goodner are
the 
only ones who have expressed interest.  It is a bit early to start
major 
work but reviewing current materials and making notes is probably a 
worthwhile activity for now.

Does the TC ideally see this as a formal Sub-Committee or would this 
just be more of an ad hoc group?  Can we request a separate list be
set 
up.  Although not sending email out to everyone, the archives should
be 
available to all in order to preserve transparency.
