Nice trick !  Although if you want your expression to be understood without a doubt as a "reliable exchange of messages" (and not again as an "exchange of reliable messages" )  I'd suggest : "For any one reliable exchange of message, the endpoint that ...."

Also other occurrences of "reliable message" in the doc must still be either removed , or reworded similarly, or again better defined.

Thinking back to previous discussions on the existence of a "reliable message", per se, I suggest lines 200 and 202 in your pdf be restated with the word "exchange" added: "For any one reliable message exchange, the endpoint that ...."

 

The other changes look reasonable to me.
