RE: [ws-rx] Groups - WS-RX TC Weekly Conference Call modified

I suppose it does not matter where the information is but in my
experience it makes the most sense to have it in the agenda since it is
the agenda that is used as the basis for the minutes. 

In fact I would personally like to have the agenda revised on the day of
the meeting (eg. Thu AM) with the latest pointers.  But this may be way
too much to ask given the unreliability of the OASIS email system.
