Namespaces/Identifiers/other editorial things

Here's the checklist we use for the WSN TC. It lists the set of identifiers
and other strings that need to be checked in a CD and PRD along with the
formats to be used (current examples show the values for WSN CD2). I know
that WSRX TC uses a different format for namespaces and URIs, but you could
use this list as a starting point
