Didn't we have some cases where editorial issues suddenly turned up being substantial on the call. I would prefer to not apply too much judgment in deciding which issues are purely editorial and can be resolved together. OTOH, if the TC has to first decide grouping of issues before discussing them, that may be a time consuming process too.
