Subject: Update on interop scenarios

At the F2F in December I had taken an AI with Doug to produce
a first draft of an interop scenarios document by Jan 5th. That date
has come and gone, but now that I have completed my review of the WD for the CD
vote (many thanks to the editors for being on time) I do expect that we will be
able to get a first draft of the interop scenarios in by Friday of this week. I
