Paul, I don't think it is the main TC which should give work and ask for reports to the Implementation Subcommittee (Impl SC). The Impl SC was formed based on the interest of some TC member companies. The main TC did not have any objections to pass the motion to form the Impl SC [1], but this does not oblige the main TC to ensure progress of the Impl SC, IMO. The Impl SC should take charge of itself and report back to the main TC whenever it deems necessary to do so. In essence, although I appreciate the desire and importance of conducting an Interop, I would rather have the main TC focus on producing the chartered deliverables first. Please also note that only 7 out of the 27 member companies are members of the Impl SC as of now. We should also discuss on tomorrow's call the exact breakup and order of the 3 F2F days in March among Interop and main TC's business such that those planning to attend only one (or both) of these activities can plan their travel accordingly.
