Subject: Note on behaviour from Interop
One of the scenarios for interop was a one-way, with an anonymous client. In the scenario, a message may arrive out of order. The RMD is implementing inOrder delivery and is therefore not delivering this. Because there may be a fault response, it doesn't close the incoming connection. At least one implementation was holding off sending any more messages until the block ended, and we ended up with a deadlock. We aren't claiming this is an issue for our spec, but the interop team wished to inform the TC of this behaviour.
