I discovered a dangling reference to the now defunct timing params of the RMAssertion.

Description:
From cd03[1] lines 564-566:

The timing of acknowledgements can be advertised using policy and
acknowledgements can be explicitly requested using the <wsrm:AckRequested> directive (see Section
Request Acknowledgement).

Justification: dangling reference

Suggest that the text be changed to read:
