Either way, whichever is easier. It might be more noticeable in the RDDL page (so long as links to it are provided rather than directly to the HTML). That would also reduce the hand editing of the HTML from the source material. So maybe the RDDL is a better idea.

I'm fine with the RDDL naming suggestions as well.

I think noting that the HTML version is provided as a convenience is a good idea. Do you think such a notice belongs in the document itself or perhaps in the RDDL document?
