The text is a
bit unclear. Does it mean that sending it is optional or is the EPR it
sends it to optional? I think the intent was just the act of sending it
is option, but it must go to the AcksTo EPR.
Proposal:
RM Destinations
that generate Sequence faults SHOULD transmit those faults. If the fault is
transmitted, it MUST be transmitted to the same [destination] as
Acknowledgement messages.
