Subject: RE: [ws-rx] Issue 27: Where do Sequence Faults go when the RMS isanonymous
In our proposal for PR001 if the AcksTo were set to the same EPR as the MakeConnectionToEPR then there wouldn't be any issue. That said even in our proposal some advice noting the need to poll for faults in this circumstance wouldn't hurt, though I'm not convinced it's needed either. If PR001 closes with no action I think I still have the same stance that advice for the need to poll faults in this circumstance wouldn't hurt, but I still am not convinced even if we're talking about the RM anon URI. -----Original Message----- From: Paul Fremantle [mailto:paul@wso2.com] Sent: Thursday, November 02, 2006 3:41 PM To: ws-rx@lists.oasis-open.org Subject: [ws-rx] NEW ISSUE: Where do Sequence Faults go when the RMS is anonymous Suppose the faultsTo, acksTo and replyTo of a message are all WS-A anonymous, but with different reference parameters. Which should the RMD use to respond with a SequenceFault. The answer seems to be the acksTo EPR. But if this is different from the replyTo then the RMD cannot return the fault on the backchannel. Furthermore, if the acksTo is WSRM Anonymous, then it isn't clearly stated that the faults should be polled for using MC.
