I
thought we just wanted to move the issues from Review to Closed based on these
latest WDs. Since there are only a couple of issue left, that we hopefully
close this week, I would want to get those closed and reflected in the spec
before voting on another CD.

intend to conduct a ballot on this week's call (2/1) for approval of these WDs

the TC to review. These should contain all resolved issues.
