NEW ISSUE: RDDL Nature and Purpose attributes for WS-RM V1.1 Namespaces

Nature of Problem:
Both of the following xml namespaces for WS-RM V1.1 resolve to the same 
RDDL File:
*    XML schema namespace: http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-rx/wsrm/200702 and:
*    WSDL namespace http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-rx/wsrm/200702/wsdl

This RDDL file contains the following links with RDDL attributes:

*    one to the text of WS-reliable messaging v1.1 spec, with attributes:
  o    href="http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-rx/wsrm/200702/wsrm-1.1-spec-os-
01.pdf"
  o    
rddl:nature="http://www.isi.edu/in-notes/iana/assignments/media-types/pdf";
  o    rddl:purpose="http://www.rddl.org/purposes#normative reference"
*    another to the xsd file for the an XML schema namespace, with 
attributes:
  o    href="http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-rx/wsrm/200702/wsrm-1.1-schema-
200702.xsd"
  o    rddl:nature="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema";
  o    rddl:purpose="http://www.rddl.org/purposes#schema-validation";
*    another to the WSDL file for the WSDL namespace, with attributes:
  o    href=" http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-rx/wsrm/200702/wsrm-1.2-wsdl-
200702.wsdl"
o    rddl:nature=" http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/";
o    rddl:purpose=" http://www.w3.org/TR/wsdl "

Problem a)   The Nature for the normative spec is incorrect.  It should be:
http://www.isi.edu/in-notes/iana/assignments/media-types/application/pdf 
.  The reference
RDDL page (http://www.rddl.org/rddl2) says: "When the related resource 
is not an XML
document but is adequately distinguished by a MIME type, the value of 
ther rddl:nature attribute
may reflect this MIME type with values formed by the concatenation of the
prefixhttp://www.isi.edu/in-notes/iana/assignments/media-types/  with a 
MIME type ". 
And http://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/application/ lists pdf .

Problem b): Are the nature and purpose attributes for WSDL namespace 
correct?   These are
not listed in either:
*    http://www.rddl.org/natures , or:
*    http://www.rddl.org/purposes 

Proposed Resolution:
a) Fix the nature attribute for the normative reference to
http://www.isi.edu/in-notes/iana/assignments/media-types/application/pdf

b) double check if the nature and purpose attributes for the WSDL are 
correct
