A modified statement of use to conform
to the process guidelines:
 
IBM successfully uses WS-ReliableMessaging
v1.2, WS-ReliableMessagingPolicy v1.2, and WS-MakeConnection v1.1 specifications
[1] in accordance with the conformance clauses specified therein. This
use includes successful interoperation with other independent implementations.
