I appriciate for the update, but just to avoid any future misunderstandings, the request by Carolina should be to register for an observer role within this TC. According to your policy with no rights associated to an observer participation, there is no approval by the member company requested if I interpret correctly.

Ms Carolina Canales-Valenzuela of Ericsson* has requested to join the OASIS Web Services Secure Exchange (WS-SX) TC as a Member, and is recorded as an "Applicant".  If the requester is an employee or representative of an organizational member, this notice is also sent to the requester's Primary Contact.  That contact should confirm (by a reply-all response to this message) that the membership is approved. Associates and Individual members can be advanced to Member status without further approval.
