Subject: RE: ws-sx roster maintenance

Title: Message

There are five people marked as Applicants in the current WS-SX roster:

Last, First sort ascending

Company

*Canales-Valenzuela, Ms Carolina

Ericsson*

*Hopkins, Will

BEA Systems, Inc.*

*Na, Mr Raajmohan

EDS*

*Sverdlov, Mr. Yakov

Computer Associates*

*Whitehead, Greg

Hewlett-Packard*

These people have asked to join the TC since the F2F meeting.  You will notice that each of the companies they work for has signed the membership agreement (“*” after the company name).  I have sent out emails to several of the Primary Reps to get confirmations of each person’s participation.

But we need to make sure the roster is ready for next week’s distributed meeting to facilitate taking the attendance at the meeting.  I am assuming you will take the roll call at next week’s meeting and therefore I think you need to take over the roster BEFORE the meeting.

I am seeing the membership notification e-mails.

Abbie: When can you take over the maintenance of the WS-SX roster?

Thanks Paul,

Abbie and Paul, are you both seeing the membership notification e-mails so that you can maintain the roster status going forward?

Cheers

I have updated the WS-SX F2F attendance and the roster with the membership status.   There should be nothing in the way of the doing the charter clarification ballot now.

Unfortunately this is not yet done and should be done before the ballot starts.  I will get this done before close of business tomorrow (Wed Jan 4).  Sorry about the delay.

Jamie it's been over two weeks. What is the status on getting this ballot started please? Are you waiting on something from us. I believe Paul said he had setup the rosters before the break.

Cheers

ws-sx charter clarification ballot

Here's the ballot text (derived from Frederick's PDF), below.   We
should start this tomorrow, because it only will allow "Voting Members" to
vote -- the roster hasn't been updated yet, so there aren't any, but I
understand Paul will do so shortly, and I will check back.  Regards JBC
