Appendix C.1 is a Transport Binding example.   C.1.2 "Initiator to 
Recipient Message" talks about the layout of the specific example. 

On point four it says "If [Token Protection] is true ... "  But from 
chapter 7 "Security Binding Assertions" it shows the TransportBinding, 
SymmetricBinding, and AsymmetricBinding Assertions.    From 7.3 
"TransportBinding Assertion" there is no [Token Protection].   This is 
only available with SymmetricBinding and AsymmetricBinding.

Should the sentence "If [Token Protection] is 'true', the signature MUST 
also cover the supporting token." be removed?
