Subject: inconsistent URI in ws-trust v1.3

In the WS-Trust v1.3 spec, section 9.2, the wst:KeyType value for a bearer 
token has this URI:
        http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-sx/wstrust/200512/Bearer

But the enumeration value in 
http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-sx/ws-trust/200512/ws-trust-1.3.xsd is like 
the following: 
        http://docs.oasis-open.org/wssx/wstrust/200512/Bearer

Can we correct them to use the same canonical format  as the other URIs 
with this spec?
        http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-sx/ws-trust/200512/Bearer
