Error(s) in WSDL ws-trust-1.4.wsdl

before addressing the actual error, I would like to point out that the link to the wsdl is incorrect.

The latest version of 1.4 (https://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-sx/ws-trust/v1.4/errata01/os/ws-trust-1.4-errata01-os-complete.html) references the wsdl at http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-sx/ws-trust/v1.4/ws-trust.wsdl - which does not exist. The wsdl is located in https://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-sx/ws-trust/v1.4/cd/.

 
Actual errors in the wsdl:

Line 69 leads to a parsing error because of misplaced double quotes after the http://. 

<wsdl:output wsam:Action="http:"//docs.oasis-open.org/ws-sx/ws-trust/200512/RSTR/ValidateFinal message="tns:RequestSecurityTokenResponseMsg"/>

Additionally, the referenced schema is not located at http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-sx/ws-trust/200512/ws-trust.xsd, it it's in http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-sx/ws-trust/200512/ws-trust-1.3.xsd
