Title:

Use cases should include example messages and descriptions on how header content corresponds to policy. 

Description:

Including example messages that conform to the policy examples would make this document more effective in educating a broader audience.

Proposed Resolution:

In each use case include a simple message with a security header that conforms to the listed policy. Include text that highlights concepts introduced in the use case tying the message to the policy. So, for example, in the first use case that introduces the inclusion of a user name token, highlight the lines in the sample message that represents the token and reference the lines in the policy that called for it. In the first use case that introduces the inclusion of a password in the username token, identify the line with the password. The examples I've just mentioned may seem obvious, but this approach will be very useful for some of the more complex use cases later in the doc.
