Value of @TrustVersion is not clear

Description:

In section 5.3.2,
/sp:IssuedToken/sp:RequestSecurityTokenTemplate/@TrustVersion is
described as follows:
  This optional attribute contains a URI identifying the version of
  WS-Trust referenced by the contents of this element.

Does this mean the URI of WS-Trust document or the URI of WS-Trust
namespace (or other URI?)?

I hope this would be clarified.
