Title: Use derived keys language consistent with WS-SecureConversation

Description:

In SC the phrase “implied derived keys” is used, in SP “implicit derived keys” is used. We should be consistent across the specs.

None.

 

Proposed Resolution:

Change occurrences of "implicit derived keys" to "implied derived keys" to match SecureConversation

Change the [Implicit Derived Keys] property to [Implied Derived Keys]

Change all RequireImplicitDerivedKeys assertions to RequireImpliedDerivedKeys
