a) Review of action items
AI-2006-02-14-01 - Apropos of issue PR021 disucussion, BEA will send email to the W3C WS-Policy WG informing them of WS-SX TC’s finding regarding the mixing of WS-policy Versions in nested assertions. The email should include a link to the minutes of the WS-WX meeting of February 14, 2007.
 
Status: completed
 
AI-2006-02-14-01 - Tony Nadalin to review deferred action item 62 and followup on the list with proposed resolution.
 
Status: completed. 
Recommendation: Issue 62 should be Closed with no action
 
 
b) Issues in Review status

PR022 - Assertion to allow STS to require requestor to specify scope of issued token
Proposal accepted and assigned to editors. Status changed to Pending.
 
PR023  - It should be more clear as to which token is used by a protection assertion

PR012 - Need policy example for encrypted username token
Editors will incorporate Symons’s proposed changes (http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/ws-sx/email/archives/200702/msg00045.html)and release a new draft

PR013 - Need EncryptedSupportingTokens assertion
Concensus reached based on the list discussion thread(http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/ws-sx/email/archives/200702/msg00040.html)

PR020 - No means to express need to secure SOAP Messages with Attachments (SwA)
 
Conscensus reached that  an assertion to signal secure SwA is useful.   Frederick’s original proposal accepted (http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/ws-sx/email/archives/200702/msg00035.html).
 
Assigned to editors. Status changed to Pending.
 
 
f) Pending issues
PR009 - WS-Trust "1.0" in WS-SecurityPolicy
PR010 - Value of @TrustVersion is not clear
PR011 - Missing assertions to indicate supported bindings for the secure conversation STS
PR014 - Signature protection semantics clarification
PR015 - Missing issuer and required claims inside token assertions
PR016 - Missing assertion to indicate arbitrary RSA public key to be used as a security token
PR017 - Use derived keys language consistent with WS-SecureConversation
PR018 - Correct requirement to include policy element
PR019 - Update SC Assertion Names to match current spec
PR021 - Allow W3C version of WS-Policy to be used

All of the above Pending issues change status to Review.
 
g) Deferred issues
 
i062 Where is UML generated schema more restrictive than the SP schema?

5. Next steps.
 
The next TC call will be held on Wednesday, Feb 28
 
Security Policy:  An editor’s draft incorporating resolutions to all issues will be available by EOB Friday at the latest.    TC members should review the new draft before the Feb 28 call and be prepared to vote on CD status. If no new issues are raised then be prepared to intiate CS vote and PR processes as well.
 
In order to prepare for the upcoming Oasis Standard vote, the chairs called for SP endorsements from TC members.
