3. TC Logistics (10 minutes or less)

Results of Trust/SC Ballot:

SC is now an OASIS Standard.

There was one No vote cast against Trust. Options per the OASIS process presented by the chair are as follows.

if negative votes amounting to less than 15 percent of the voting membership have been cast, the TC shall be notified of the negative votes, after which the TC shall have 30 days to take one of the following actions by Resolution of a Special Majority Vote: (a) request the TC Administrator to approve the specification as submitted despite the negative votes; (b) withdraw the submission entirely; or (c) submit an amended specification, in which case the amended submission shall be considered as if it were a new submission, except that information regarding previous votes and any disposition of comments received in previous votes shall accompany the amended submission.

Three subsequent votes were conducted by the TC Administrator.

Moved and seconded: Request the TC Administrator to approve WS-Trust as submitted as an OASIS Standard despite the negative vote.

Amendment to the original Motion: instruct the TC Administrator to start a TC ballot (default 7 days) to approve WS-Trust as an OASIS Standard *with* the change that all current references to WS-Policy and WS-PolicyAttachment, in schema, namespace and specification refer to the current W3C CRs.

TC voted unanimously to adopt the latest SP editors draft as a CD and to put the SP CD up for 15 day public review
Motion to take the latest updates to CD

The next meeting of the TC will be held on  two weeks on March 21. 2007 as the regularly scheduled time.
