Summary of new Action Items:
AI-2007-04-18-01 : Chairs will cancel next week’s call (Apr 25).
AI-2007-04-18-02 : Marc Goodner will provide an updated version of the SP specification incorporating resolutions to the 2nd PR issues as recorded in section 5 below.
AI-2007-04-18-03 : Greg Carpenter will log new issues to ensure that the TC revisits
normative language usage in the next revision of specs.

PR024 - SP document doesn't say how to get a value for the wsp: prefix
PR025 - Clarify that consistent versions of WS-Policy and WS-PolicyAttachment specifications MUST be used.
PR026 - Editorial comments on WS-SecurityPolicy Public Review document
Proposed editorial changes adopted and assigned to editors.

PR027 - Editorial comments on WS-SecurityPolicy Public Review document
First two proposed changes in NOT adopted. Remaining three proposed changes adopted and assigned to editors.

PR028 - Add reference to Message Transmission Optimization Mechanism (MTOM) in addition to SWA.
Issue PR029: Move capability assertions (e.g., MustNotSendCancel, MustNotSendRenew, etc.) which are properties of the STS not the token, into WS-Trust assertion
PR030 - Descriptions are inconsistent with the element tag names (/sp:MustNotSendCancel, /sp:MustNotSendAmend, "/sp:MustNotSendRenew").
Closed with no action. Interop has been conducted using the existing names. The semantics described in the associated text are correct.
PR031 - Inconsistencies with RFC 2119
Noted that this is out of scope for a second round PR wherein comments are scoped to changes made as a result of the first PR.
Greg Carpenter will log new issues to ensure that the TC revisits normative language usage in the next revision of specs.
PR032 - statement that this specification will not further define the wst:claims element should not be followed by more information about it
PR033 - plural agreement
PR034 - Ambiguous value for "sp:RequireAppliesTo" element
Noted that this comment is out of scope for a second PR.

6. Discuss proposed charter clarification (per action from last meeting)
From the previous (Apr 4)the meeting minutes:
"Update the TC charter to change the last sentence under the section d. Deliverable from:
Ratification of the above specifications as OASIS standards,
including a brief period to address any errata will mark the end of
the TC's lifecycle.
To:
Ratification of the above specifications as OASIS standards.
Following this, ratification of updated specifications as revised
OASIS standards to address any errata to fix errors and to replace
policy references to the WS-Policy W3C Recommendation as soon as that
Recommendation is available will mark the end of the TCs lifecycle.
Mike Macintosh asked for additional time to consider the proposal. Will be taken up at the next meeting.
7. Discussion of SP examples document (per action from last meeting)
Tony Nadalin stated that IBM is still testing and finding issues and hope to file related issues within the next two weeks.
Rich Levinson noted that the TC has been waiting for this feedback for two weeks and asked that IBM start filing issues in batches now rather than waiting to file all issues at once. Prateek Mishra noted that Examples document is
structured in multiple sections and batching issues by section is a reasonable approach.
