RE: [ws-sx] SP with 2nd PR issues resolutions applied

I uploaded new copies, no errors from the previous post but I needed to add Symon Chang to the list of TC members. These should be the versions referenced from the ballot when it is started. I updated the date again so it is clear these are not the same as the first copies from yesterday.

Proposal: Add the RFC 2119 reference.

It references attribute, while it is talking about an element.

Proposal: Change "attribute" to "element".

section 5.2.4 -- line 752 :
Strange text "to as multiple tokens as it sees fit."

Proposal: Change text "to as many tokens as it sees fit." Or change to ", and apply to as many tokens as it sees fit."

Slash "/" is missing.
