Description:
In example 2.3.2.1, AlwaysToRecpt should be changed to be http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-sx/ws-securitypolicy/200512/IncludeToken/AlwaysToRecipient.
The policy specifies the SAML token to be a SignedSupportingToken, but the XML does not show that the SAML token is signed via Web Services Security. Is the XML incorrect, or should the policy have specified just SupportingToken?
