Title:

SecondaryParameters element missing from WS-Trust schema xsd

Description:

While reviewing the ws-sx Interop doc scenarios messages for the
examples document and comparing to more recent messages, it was found
that SecondaryParameters had been added to the WS-Trust Specification
properly, but apparently did not also get added to the WS-Trust schema
xsd.

Proposed Resolution:

Add SecondaryParameters to the section 3.1 portion of the .xsd, after the RequestType,
just prior to the start of section 3.2.

Not sure exactly what syntax is required here since the element can contain
any valid RST parameter, except the SecondaryParameters, itself.
