Subject: RE: WS-SX specifications Public Review package

Hi Greg,

The major issue that needs to be fixed is your references to the other specifications as “OASIS Standard”. These should accurately reflect the current state of these specifications as Committee Drafts. Going forward you’ll need to invoke the “designated cross-reference” clause of the TC Process that will allow these references to be updated at each level of approval going forward.

http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/process-2008-06-19.php#crossRefs

Other items:

Secure Conversation:

“Location” – should be “Specification URIs”

Create hypertext link for committee name (http://docs.oasis-open.org/committees/ws-sx/)

Notices – delete “OASIS trademark, IPR and other policies apply.” following All Rights Reserved in first line.

Footer - Page numbers should be flush right (just add a tab)

Security Policy:

Remove “artifact type”

Create hypertext link for committee name (http://docs.oasis-open.org/committees/ws-sx/)

Notices – delete “OASIS trademark, IPR and other policies apply.” following All Rights Reserved in first line.

Trust:

Remove “artifact type”

Create hypertext link for committee name (http://docs.oasis-open.org/committees/ws-sx/)

Notices – delete “OASIS trademark, IPR and other policies apply.” following All Rights Reserved in first line.

Footer – delete “OASIS trademark, IPR and other policies apply.”

Normally I would just fix the other items but you’ll need to update the references.

Regards,

Mary

Subject: WS-SX specifications Public Review package

Mary,

The WS-SX TC approved the enclosed specifications as Committee Drafts, and for Public Review, during the July 9 2008 TC meeting (minutes available at http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/ws-sx/email/archives/200807/msg00021.html)

Based on the changes you requested in the recent WS-Federation PR package, I’ve anticipated that you would request the same changes to the WS-SX review package and made them.  I’ve attached both the PR package and the publication diffs as zip files.  The PR package includes RDDL files.  I’ve also drafted the Public Review announcement (see below).

Let me know if you need anything else.

Thanks,

   -greg
