will be general progress in nature, w
    no intended references to specific participants' actions or discussion;
    probably an extract from detailed interop minutes)

    a. Proposed baseline spec versions to use for testing:
           ws-sp 1.2  (July 2007)
           ws-sc 1.3  (March 2007)
           ws-trust 1.3  (March 2007)

    b. Any overall issues w current scenario selections with the background
         reference material identified as requested in:

           http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/ws-sx/200808/msg00024.html

    c. Client and Service application examples
          - does anyone have existing sample code that could be used as basis
                for the interop testing? (if not, then are there suggestions as to how
                we get something to use?)
          - endpoints: when do participants think they will have endpoints
             available to begin testing.
