C14n abbreviation

Description:

Section 6.1, Algorithm Suite] Property [1] provides an abbreviation
and URI for Canonical XML 1.0  and uses the following URI:

http://www.w3.org/2001/10/xml-c14n#

The original XML Signature Recommendation [2] and XML Signature
(Second Edition) Recommendation [3] both specify the following URI:

http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/REC-xml-c14n-20010315
