Summary minutes to keep ws-sx apprised of Interop progress

1. Participants:

    Currently 4 companies are actively participating; 
     1 or 2 others have also expressed interest.
    Other OASIS company participants who may have 
     interest are welcome to join.

2. Administrative:

    Keeping minutes of bi-weekly meetings, currently 
     scheduled in the same 10AM EDT timeslot in the
     weeks in between the regular ws-sx meetings

    Using email list ws-sx-demo-tech for participant
     communication

    Planned Interop Dates:  Oct 27, 2008 -> Nov 14, 2008

3. Current active discussion and work topics:

 a. Have agreed on following spec versions and URIs 
     for use during Interop:

 c. Client and Server test code for dummy appl endpoints:

     Currently spec'ing out reqts for this. Any contributed code
      would be very welcome, if usable based on group assessment.

     Plan on using std "users": alice, bob; common pkcs12 keys for all

 d. Test planning:

      Right now, earliest test activity expectation is mid-October.
