Creating cd-03 and pr-01 WS-C/WS-AT drafts

Editors,
please create WS-C and WS-AT committee drafts as follows:
1. Make copies of the approved WDs with file name XXX-cd-03.doc
2. Change the doc identifier location to reflect the "-cd-03". Make sure
the "location" points to where the XXX-cd-03.pdf will be (i.e make sure it
includes the suffix ".pdf")
e.g. http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-tx/wstx-wscoor-1.1-spec-cd-03.pdf. Don't
forget to update the page footer.
3. Update the status to change "working draft" to "committee draft"
4. Change the date to August 30, 2006 (which is when we approved the CDs)
5. Accept all changes.
6. Create a zip, named XXX-cd-03.zip, containing the PDF, WSDL and schema
7. Upload .doc, .pdf and .zip to the "committee draft" folder.

Further, please create WS-C and WS-AT public review drafts as follows:
1. Make copies of the approved CDs with file name XXX-pr-01.doc
2. Change the doc identifier location to reflect the "-pr-01". Make sure
the "location" points to where the XXX-pr-01.pdf will be (i.e make sure it
includes the suffix ".pdf")
e.g. http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-tx/wstx-wscoor-1.1-spec-pr-01.pdf. Don't
forget to update the page footer.
3. Update the status to change "committee draft" to "public review draft"
4. Create an HTML version of the spec. Since this will consist of an HTML
document and a number of separate image files, these need to be packaged as
a zip. Name this zip XXX-pr-01.html.zip
6. Create a zip, named XXX-pr-01.zip, containing the html.zip, PDF, WSDL
and schema
7. Upload .doc, .pdf and the outermost XXX-pr-01.zip to the new "public
review draft" folder.


For future work on any new WD, change-bar the next WD with respect to the
CD-03.
