Subject: if you have problems mailing the list...

Anybody that is a TC "Member" (voting or non-voting) should be able to send
mail to the list. Observers may not send mail to the list - this is an IPR
contribution rule. If you are a Member and cannot send mail then you might
want to check that your mails are identified as coming from the email
address that you used to create your OASIS registration. OASIS TC mailing
lists will bounce anything that does not come from a TC member.
If anybody has a problem they cannot overcome then please bring it to the
attention of the OASIS staff. I think scott.mcgrath@oasis-open.org should
probably be your starting point.

I also see e-mails that refer other e-mails that I don't see in the
list... I think some of the e-mails are not making the list for some
reason...

AlreadyRegistered

I'm forwarding this back to the list - for some reason it doesn't seem
to have
been propagated by ws-tx@lists.oasis-open.org or copied to the archive.

Another message from Max on 013 suffered the same fate, but that is
copied in full
in Sazi's response to it (he was also on the cc: list)

There was at least one message, from Rich Salz, that also suffered this
way.
Are there others ?

Peter
