Subject: RE: [ws-tx] Groups - Minutes - Jan. 26, 2006 (WS-TX_Minutes_2006_01_26.htm) uploaded

Hi Ian and all,

Here is a proposal for revised text:

"Ian: Summarizing: In Alastair's proposal with the "identifiable
participant" - the coordinator is responsible for detecting duplicate
registration. In the "encapsulated participant" solution, all the info
required for comparison to see whether a message is targeted at a
[missed by scribe]..... It is more in line with the philosophy of
using EPRs, where the creator of the EPR is the one to perform the role
of comparator.
Ian: The end-point approach seems superior to delegating that to a
coordinator, using the participant IDs which adds a burden on both the
participants and coordinator. We can solve the problem as we do now
anyway."

Regards,
Paul
