The WS-Coordination, WS-AT and WS-BA specifications should include an inline (embedded) copy of the corresponding WSDL and XSD in the Appendix section. This will ensure that a printed copy of the specification will contain the prescribed definitions. For example, please refer to the RM specification http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/16851/wsrm-1.1-spec-wd-10.pdf, PDF line numbers 618 and 1174.
